Chicken Negresco with White Sauce

To prepare the chicken filling:
½ red pepper
½ green pepper
2 medium-size onions
½ kilo of chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
½ teaspoon of black pepper

To prepare pasta:
Negresco pasta
Boiled water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil

To make the Béchamel:
2 butter cubes
1 tablespoon of oil
4 tablespoons flour
4 cups of milk
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper

Arrange the ingredients in a tray
Béchamel – pasta – béchamel – chicken – mozzarella cheese – pasta béchamel – mozzarella cheese
