Chicken Shawarma is my Favorite Meal

To prepare the chicken
1-kilo chicken breasts
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons shawarma spices
½ teaspoon of crushed cardamom
2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses

To make Garlic Salad:
3 tablespoons of starch
2 cups warm water
3 tablespoons yogurt
5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 lemon juice
3 tablespoons of oil

Other ingredients:
Fried potatoes
Pickled cucumber
Tortilla bread
