Kofta and potato tray, a beautiful drawing on your trip

Today we will make kofta and potatoes in a nice serving way and delicious taste

5 sweet potatoes, about 1.5 kg
For the meatball:
500 grams minced meat
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
finely chopped onion
½ teaspoon seven spices
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt, to taste
For the bechamel:
2 cups of liquid milk
tablespoon butter
tablespoon flour
Salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper

What kind of cheese for the face?

How to prepare:
Peel the potatoes and boil them until they are completely cooked without over-leveling in order to maintain their shape and do not forget to salt the water.
Melt the butter and add the flour, stir it a little, then add the milk gradually and stir until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave it a little while stirring until it holds a little, add salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Mix the ingredients for the kofta mixture well.
Drain the potatoes from the water and let them cool a little, then cut them into pieces of medium thickness.
Grease an oven tray with vegetable oil.
Half the kofta and potatoes as in the video, then pour the bechamel and put the cheese.
We put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, and brown it on top as desired.
