Cream chiken with spaghetti recipe family size recipe that’s enough for everyone, tastes very delicious and is easy to prepare
1 large onion, finely chopped
5 cloves of crushed garlic
700 gr chicken
4 cups cooking cream, which can be replaced with 4 cups béchamel sauce
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tsp curry
1 teaspoon of oregano
¼ teaspoon black pepper
First heat the pan and melt some butter.
Then add 1 big onion finely chopped, fry it until it’s golden and soft.
The add 5 cloves of garlic minced, fry them with the onion and once it’s smell comes through you can add the chicken.
Add 700g chicken breasts cut into cubes, add vinegar, olive oil and black pepper before adding it in the pan these 3 ingredients get rid of any unwanted smell in the chicken, mix them together until the chicken is white, add 1 can of mushroom that is drained properly then mix them together, the heat should be high until the chicken is completely cooked, lastly add 1 tsp. oregano, 2 tsp. curry 1/4 tsp. black pepper and salt as needed powder, now add 2 tbsp. tomato paste, in total I will add 3 tbsp. but add 2 tbsp. first and if needed add the third one until you reach the color and the flavor that you desire once it’s completely combined add 4 cups cooking cream, if it’s not available replace it with 4 cups bachamel sause, mix them properly until it’s combined with the tomato paste then leave it on the heat for 5 to 10 minutes until it thickens, then lastly you can add 1 tbsp. of tomato paste if you want to I will add it because it concentrates the color and flavor more mix it properly and make sure it’s completely combined, you can add some oregano as well to mamke the sauce look nicer, and it’s ready.
I really like to make chicken with this sauce, the amount of the sauce is a lot and will be absorbed by the spaghetti.
We need 500g of spaghetti, boil it.
Boil the water with some salt and oil then add the spaghetti, initially stir it continuously so they don’t become sticky, then leave it until cooks and drain it from the water.
Now all the components are prepared for the recipe it’s normal that a layer formed on the surface of the sauce, mix it together and it will return to its previous consistency.
Add some olive oil on the spaghetti so they don’t get doughy and sticky, then put them in the oven tray and distibute them properly for me this look very appetising, I really lik a handful of spaghetti, make sure that it’s not sticky.
Now it’s timem to pour the sauce with the chicken pour all of the sauce then evenly distribute it on the spaghetti, the color and consistency show how great it turned out, after distributing it add mozzarella cheese on the top or any type of cheese you want, then on the cheese you can add oregano, it’s optional, I add it because it lakes it look nece once baked.
Now bake it on the middle oven rack at 180 degrees with the heat from the botton for 10 minutes then broil it.
Smetimes I feel that there’s no need to describe a lot because it looks really appetising the spaghetti, cheese and the sauce, all the ingredients are very complementing the color is nice, is tastes and smells amazing, one of the dishes that you and you family really enjoy and repeat
